Before the Manila Cathedral looked as it is today, it has undergone through several transformations. Manila Cathedral: An Architectural Evolution is an animated video about the Cathedral's historical timeline. It is the output of a research study from Mapúa Institute of Technology under School of Multimedia and Visual Arts, entitled: A Three-Dimensional Presentation of Manila Cathedral's Architectural Evolution. The process of digital restoration was applied to the different faces of the Cathedral using three-dimensional modeling and rendering. Archival photographs and illustrations are used as references in visualizing the Cathedral's different appearances.
